Nandeeta Vengsarkar Wagh is an experienced HR professional with over 25 years in leadership roles across top multinational firms like Philips, Johnson Controls, and Amcor. She has led HR teams in growing businesses and is passionate about working with the not-for-profit sector. As CEO of Aaryahi, a niche HR consulting firm, she focuses on improving people experiences through systemic interventions and leadership mentoring. With a strong belief in the strategic impact of HR, Nandeeta brings a hands-on approach to implementation and partners with a network of experts in Culture, Talent, Learning, and Rewards.

Snehal Pednekar

With over 11 years of experience in organizational structuring, strategic business partnering, and HR operations across the ultra-luxury, entertainment, and insurance sectors, she has consistently driven initiatives that support organizational growth and transformation. Her expertise spans employee engagement, change management, and the implementation of impactful HR strategies tailored to today’s dynamic business environment and is currently leading key HR and Organizational Development (OD) initiatives for both established conglomerates and emerging start-ups, fostering agile and future-ready workplaces. Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, painting, listening to music, and home décor.

Nikhil Jagdeo

Nikhil is a Computer Engineer from Mumbai University, holding a postgraduate degree from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. With over four years of professional experience in Human Resources and Market Research, he has developed a robust skill set in Organizational Development, Total Rewards, Performance Evaluation, Business Partnering, and Change Management. Nikhil is passionate about driving innovation at the intersection of Business, Technology, and People.

Payal Bhimani

Strategic and adaptable HR professional with over 18 years of extensive experience across the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including HR technology implementation, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR operations. She demonstrated success in deploying global HRIS platforms such as SAP HCM and Success Factors, driving process automation, and improving organizational efficiency. Proven expertise in partnering with diverse industries to align HR strategies with business objectives. Skilled in building high-performing teams and designing data-driven frameworks for talent management, compensation, and employee engagement.

Madhura Kulkarni

As an Administrative Associate at Aaryahi Consultancy for 2 years and 8 months, Madhura developed a strong foundation in office administration. Her responsibilities included preparing sample data presentations, managing Excel spreadsheets, and assisting with research initiatives.
